To enroll a child, please bring the following: Certified Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Proof of Address. Enrolling Kindergarten students for the 2014-2015 school year should be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2014. Kindergarten students will also need a Kindergarten health assessment before starting school. More at Four (Pre-K)placement is handled by the Sampson County Partnership for Children at 592-9399.
